Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: Once your order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for the items. 

U.S. Shipping takes about 2-5 days. *There may be delays due to COVID-19."

International shipping takes about 6-22 business days depending on the location. 

Processing Time: Products are handmade and usually made to order so my processing time for orders is about 3 business days- 12 business days.

There may be delays if there's a high volume of orders due to sales etc. If there's a high volume of orders, it may take 2-5 additional days for orders to ship out. I will post on social media and contact you if there’s a delay. 

Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Address/Information:

Please verify that your address is correct before placing an order. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or it’s undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost. 

Products such as body butters, lip scrubs and body scrubs may melt during transit. I highly recommend to check your tracking for your order so it won’t be sitting out in the heat.
